Do you ship world wide?

Yes, we provide world wide service. We can ship to any address in the world.

How long does delivery take?

Every order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary widely based on destination. For international orders shipping can take 1-2 weeks to arrive. When the order gets shipped you will also receive an e-mail confirmation with its tracking information if it is available.

How do I place an order?

1) Ordering from is easy.
2) Create account. Please note All shipping address are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. We are not responsible for lost packages due to shipping addresses provided incorrectly.

How much is shipping?

We ship via EMS for all international orders, and vary based on the destination country. International packages may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or other fees. The customer is responsible for paying these fees

Can I track my international order?

Yes, definitely We use EMS Japan Post for shipment to any country. You can track your parcel on the EMS website. If you have a suspicion that the package has been lost/ significantly delayed /misplaced during its travel - I suggest that you go to your local post office with your tracking number and ask them to find it for you. This is the fastest and easiest way for you to find more information on the location of your package.

Where do you ship from?

All our products are made in and shipped from Tokyo. If you ever come to Japan, be sure to stop by!

Do you have a gift wrap service?

Yes, we do! We offer free gift wrapping on most items.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are not able to edit your order once it has been placed. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED Ripery's Sugar has no control over shipping once the package leaves our hands.

What about possible customs fees?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the item have shipped. The customer is responsible for paying that fees.
